School is almost out for the year. Soon my little girl will be in Grade 3. I finally did it and decided to take a day off work to go on a field trip with Hanna. We went to the Calgary zoo and had a wonderful time. I think every elementary school in Calgary and surrounding areas must have been there, but it was a trip I will never forget.
One of the funniest moments was when the dad gorilla was beating on his son. One of the little girls asked why and the zoo employee told her because the son was going through puberty and the dad was trying to let him know he was still the head of the pack. Then another little girl raised her hand and asked "What is puberty?"
We just about died laughing!!!!

Summer plans?
Can you believe summer is almost here. We have huge plans this summer and hopefully it will all work out the way we plan it.
It always does.Right?
We bought seasons passes to Calaway park this year. Hopefully it will be a good investment. We went a couple of weeks ago for our anniversary and guess who forgot the camera sitting at home? Me!!!
We will try again soon I am sure.
